Returns & Exchanges

Nepenthes America accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note that all seasonal sale items and limited-edition collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Email our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, extra buttons, and dust bags are included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our New York warehouse location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
